The inspirations for this sauce were Angus and Rory, Shelley and Craig's yellow Labrador brothers. Rescued from a Quebec farm at 6 weeks old, these two brothers were inseparable all their lives. Although very different, these two shared a great love for people, swimming at the cottage and food – they could and would eat anything. The combination of lemongrass and ginger in this sauce is a tribute to them – flavours that are great on their own but even better together.
